How to use this exercise:

- Set aside 1 hour in your daily routine for the exercise at a time and place where you will not be interrupted. For best results do this at the same time every day.
- Put on headsets or earbuds and listen to the exercise.
- After completing this exercise, you should find that it is easier to achieve your intention to gain new perspectives and insights. The combination of frequencies help you deeply relax and then at the conclusion of the exercise, you will be guided comfortably to a waking state of awareness.

It is also recommended to use headphones to listen to the exercises, especially in the beginning. The headphones do not have to be expensive or sophisticated. Earbuds can work just as well. If someone is using the technology when they are lying down, they might prefer to either purchase a headband with earbuds or make their own headband with earbuds. Pillows with earbuds are also available to help direct the sound to the right and left ear appropriately. There are others who will put speakers on either side of their bed or head for the same impact.
